ok first of all you guys rock! i mean really ya'll should be published for being a weight loss diet lol becuase reading stories on here makes me want to get up and do something with my life ya'll are very inspirational...so thanks for that i'm glad i found this site. anywho i have a serious self control issue i'm pretty sure i'm gluetin (sp?) intolerent considering what bread does to my body and how i feel after i eat it. and even though i can give up the soda and chocolate like it was nothing. i'm so addictied to the food item that is absolutly horrible for me it's like i have no self control where bread is concerned. so i was just wondering what different little things everybody does to help with thier cravings? like what do yall do to keep from eating that one thing you want but know is really bad for you. any answers would be very appreciated

I'm gluten intolerant, there are gluten free breads you can have! Some are very high calorie though.

I suggest you stop eating it right away, the damage gluten does to your vasilli in your intestines is horrible. I've never felt better since quitting and it's actually helped me lose weight because you eat better naturally. I craved wheat/barley/rye for probably a good 3 to 4 weeks after, but it's fine now. I know I can't have it so I just don't even think about it.

Some people have even gotten celiac related cancer because of the damage it can do to our bodies.

celiac.com is a good place to start for information.
