Buffalo Wings...the smarter way!

  • For any of you guys out there that LOVE buffalo wings!!! here is one for you ( i personally would kill for them haha)


    What ya do is you take fat free or light cream cheese, take like a table spoon*depends on how much chicken you are gonna eat) and mix in franks buffalo wing sauce!! but only use skinless chicken, cut it up into cubes or you can BBQ it plain then use it as a sauce (this is if you like the franks and ranch sauce that you get at a bar)

    it gives a person that little "kick" or the satisfaction that they are having "buffalo wings" with out all of the fat!


    also it tastes amazing on sweet potatoes!!
  • I do something like that with Celery for dipping, I realized I could care less about the actual chicken wing, I just like the hot and cool of the sauce.

    I take a low cal dressing like ranch and mix some hot sauce into it . . . . and dip away with my celery sticks . . . . I love it.
    Then again I love anything spicy I'll have to give this a whirl I think.
  • see i was in LOVE with the buffalo ranch chicken wings at pubs, thats part of how i got fat haha! so i figured this out and its the same taste (for the most part) and it really isnt that intense for calories
