English cucumbers - yum! I had some in the garden one year that grew ridiculously long - about 5 feet. They were as long as I am tall! My favorite is to cut them lengthwise, scoop out a bit of the seed, and stuff with something (tuna or chicken salad, salsa and cheese, etc.) Also, I don't peel them, much healthier and easier to hold.

They also get soft and you can bend it more when they are bad.

I love cucumbers. I can eat a whole english cucumber by myself for my two cups of veggies on South beach
