Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade
I just tried some Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade on a sandwich and it was so good I had to share! The best thing is that it is only 20 calories per 2 tablespoons! ( I used about 1.5 on my sandwich and it was plenty for me.)
The brand of the one I used is Bella Famiglia, but doing a search it looks like you could get other brands of it. I purchased mine at the Fresh Market and it was sort of spending to my memory (around $4.00 a jar?). The flavor is worth it to me though.
