It's all about the creamy!!
 

I have discovered a very low cal/low fat little dessert that, if you love creamy stuff like I do, is absolutely delish not to mention extremely simple!! This also may not be new to anybody but I thought I would share it anyway!!

1 bag of 100 calorie oreos :cookie:
a couple tablespoons of FF Cool Whip

crush the cookies in the bag (carefully of course) and add them to the cool whip. Mix and enjoy!!!

That sounds really good! I made a sugar free chocolate pudding pie w/ fat free Cool Whip this weekend (crust was NOT sugar free:^:). I like creamy things, but my sons don't seem to much care for them. I think they like something they can actually chew. Maybe some of the 100 cal. oreos mixed into the pudding?? May have to try that sometime! Thanks for the idea!!
