Default Lactose Intolerance=down a belt notch

Within the past few months I've realized that I'm lactose intolerant. After cutting dairy out of my diet completely (with the exception of some lactose-free milk) I've managed to fit into a new size 10 jean and go down a notch on my belt. I've gotta say, it hurts to watch my family eat a delicious cheesy pizza in front of me, but I am definitely liking the side effects of this!

oh I know. i'm lactose-intolerant too and now that I can't eat, for example, cake without getting sick... if nothing else I FEEL a lot healthier and thinner (though I haven't gone down a whole size)... and it's nice to have an excuse not to pig out on pizza or ice cream -- "I can't eat that, I'm lactose-intolerant" goes over a lot better than "I can't eat that, I'm trying to lose weight".
