Kelly, you've got a good point!

I recommend vanilla to most people who are starting out with protein - you can mix in so many things, so there's a ton of variety there. I personally like chocolate better, but you can always add a little cocoa to the vanilla .. and ta dah!

Also, adding a tablespoon of peanut butter to chocolate protein ups the protein count and makes for a very tasty shake.
