My mid morning snack:

1 oz of grilled chicken
20 g of roasted unsalted almonds

Weird combo, I know :D

1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
A container of unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbs flax

(This is better WITHOUT the flax :D)

Doesn't sound too weird to me. My breakfast was kashi go lean w/ skim and some dried fruit on top with a pack of light tuna on the side. :)

okay so here i was about to watch episode 1 of the biggest loser season 8. and for some WEIRD reason i was craving chips (ie crisps for uk folks) ! i know how bad! lol

so i had the packet in my hand. but then thought. NO!! STOP

do you want to lose weight? or do you want to eat crisps?

so instead i got some carrot sticks and low fat hummus (lemon and coriander flavour) at a total of only 79 calories.

the bag of crisps would have been like 153 calories.

so i saved 74 calories. woop woop :carrot: :carrot:

For dinner, I made chicken breasts, stuffed with light philly cream cheese with garlic & herbs, wrapped in two slices of parma ham and oven baked.

I also made cauliflower cheese and there WAS DESSERT! (diet soda cake!)

I had one of my absolute favorite drinks -- seltzer water flavored with a big swig of diet cranberry juice. (My top prize, however, goes to incredibly refreshing peppermint-flavored Metromint Water.)

oh wow I'm reading all of this lovely healthy stuff that you guys ate last and I'm embarrassed to admit that the last thing I ate today was a peanut butter cookie! :eek:

Brown rice, broccoli and vegan lemongrass "chicken". It was goooood and I'm glad I "saved" the calories for it earlier in the day!

2 egg whites, 2 slices bacon, 1 wedge french onion laughing cow cheese and 1 slice of whole wheat bread all piled up to make a very tasty open faced breakfast sandwich!
