spinach, strawberry, peach juice - drink/smoothie
slice of high fiber toast with roasted red pepper hummus and egg whites

I bought this red pepper hummus at costco, and it sooooooooo good and creamy and OMG I dream about it.

1 toasted granary bread (multigrain and seeded) with low fat cottage cheese (onion and chive flavour) with branton pickle.
total calories = 172 calories.

2 mini crakers with mild cheddar cheese and branston pickle: (50 calories each) total calories - 100 calories.

2 orange kit kat fingers - 107 calories.

total calories for lunch = 379 calories.

Hearts of Boston Lettuce, sliced celery, red and green bell peppers, carrot shreds, tiny bits of cheddar, crab meat; all with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Also, 6 oz 2% milk. They were out of skim!

breakfast- well more like brunch

baked mushrooms. with black pepper and mixed herbs. delicious. only 2 calories per mushroom! low calorie. but filling.

had it with low fat cottage cheese. abit of hummus, some chinese stir fried cauliflower. and a red onion and tomato salad.
brunch:

1/2 cup - stir fried chinese cauliflower with oyster sauce. - 113 cal
1/4 cup of red onion and tomato salad -20 cal
2 baked mushrooms with black pepper and mixed herbs (30g) - 4 cal.
low fat cottage cheese (onion and chive) - 30 g - 26 cal
8g low fat coriander and lemon hummus - 12 cal.
peach and yoghurt - 100 cal.

piece of extra gum - 5 cal.


total calories - brunch = >> 280 calories
