  • Hello everyone!
    Please join in and feel free to post regularly throughout the day -the last thing you ate/drank.

    This may help keep us motivated throughout the day and make healthier choices!

  • 2 peaches. 1 plum. 4 cherries.
  • cup and a half of cherries (approx.) and 1 yoplait yogurt (cherry cobbler flavor)
  • Raw zucchini (from my garden) and laughing cow cheese.
  • Oatmeal choc chip muffin
  • Fresh grown zucchini sounds divine! Lucky you!
    I had a Vitatop (Double CHocolate Chip) w/ a cup of fat free milk for breakfast. I will be having a piece of fruit w/ a light cheese stick here after my workout!
  • Drank: Water
    Ate: 1 whole wheat tortilla with natural peanut butter + 1 banana + 1 fat free chocolate jello pudding - yum-o
  • an egg white omelette with cheese & tomatoes
  • Protien drink

    2 eggs



    (Not all at the same time either)
  • one orowheat english muffin (toasted) + laughing cow cheese, a few prunes on the side

    1 Cup Watermelon

    La Croix Orange Sparkling Water

    Yummy lunch!!

  • I just overdid it. I had chicken fajitas at lunch.
  • A salad: big handful of spinach, big handful of mixed greens, 1/2 can of water-packed tuna, 1 Tbs slivered almonds, 1 Tbs craisins, 2 Tbs pear & blue cheese dressing. Yummy! Oh - and a cup of blueberry tea.
  • a huge yummy peach and some water.
  • Fuji apple and water
