What was the Last Thing You Ate/Drank?

I had a Vitatop (Double CHocolate Chip) w/ a cup of fat free milk for breakfast. I will be having a piece of fruit w/ a light cheese stick here after my workout! |
Drank: Water
Ate: 1 whole wheat tortilla with natural peanut butter + 1 banana + 1 fat free chocolate jello pudding - yum-o :) |
an egg white omelette with cheese & tomatoes

2 eggs coffee water (Not all at the same time either) |
one orowheat english muffin (toasted) + laughing cow cheese, a few prunes on the side :D

I just overdid it. :( I had chicken fajitas at lunch.

A salad: big handful of spinach, big handful of mixed greens, 1/2 can of water-packed tuna, 1 Tbs slivered almonds, 1 Tbs craisins, 2 Tbs pear & blue cheese dressing. Yummy! Oh - and a cup of blueberry tea.

loved reading what everyone has been eating. well done, you all are eating so healthily! i just had my dinner. appetizer - bowl of honey dew melon pieces. 2 barbeque chicken kebabs. onion, tomato and raddish salad. carrots, cucumber, silver skin pickled onions, raita (-yoghurt with cucumber (deseeded), mint and black pepper, watched the chef making it on the food channel whilst having my dinner) yellow daal (lentil) soup. peppermint tea - (no added sugar or honey- just plain) |
For a snack just now, I just smashed up a banana, mixed it with non-fat greek yogurt, drizzled in a little honey and sprinkled on some cinnamon. It was heavenly, and 133 calories.

lunch: openface turkey sandwich with roasted red pepper , little Italiian seasoning, topped with provelone cheese. I ran it under the broiler for a few minutes. I swear it tasted and smelled just like pizza!

Lunch: lean cuisine lasagna + small salad and water.

some onions and mushrooms sauteed with some cooked chicken in a little chicken stock and half a cup of cooked rice. ace.

Dinner was:
-- Tilapia and peas steamed in french onion soup; -- Salad of lettuce, tomatoes, snap peas, carrots, and sunflower seeds (no dressing); -- lemon ginger unsweetened iced tea |
1 serving of cashews (18!) and an 8 oz glass of ice water.
It knocked my calorie intake for today right up to 1800, which is fine. I just needed *something* salty/snacky because I was starting to obsess about how hungry I felt. |
Dinner: Chicken Veggie Alfredo
Dessert: Peach shortcake |
2 mini pita pockets with a slice of ham and lentils, sounds weird, but really good and a glass of diet Pepsi.

2 tablespoons of peanut butter. and 8 cashews as my dessert after my dinner. whoopsy over did it on the peanut butter!

20 oz. of water and a Sugar Free Jello pudding cup. Chocolate banana sundae. YUMMY!

Homemade latte... about 1 cup of milk 2 pumps of syrup and steamed water.
I'm about to eat a "bagelful" not exactly the best diet food but yummy for under 200 calories. |
Eating a salas as I am typing this.
Romaine lettuce, spinach, 1/2 red pepper, grated carrot, cucumber, sunflower seeds, Greek dressing. Prior to that, at about 11:30 am: Omelet. 1 egg + some egg whites, 1 sliced white mushroom, spinach, 1/2 red pepper (I am running low on groceries), 2 slices of cheese, NO TURKEY BACON (I am out). Cucumber and tomato on the side. In between: Coke Zero. Hanging my head in shame. |
