Tonight we are having grilled chicken breast with a Caribbean Jerk marinade, sliced and put into a flat bread with cheese, throwing that back on the grill sandwich style to melt the cheese. Along side of that will be steamed veggies and a spinach salad.

Just finished eating, that marinade ROCKS! It was extremely yummy in the tummy.

last thing was my dinner.
1 cup of brown lentil soup.
4 tablespoon of low fat home made yoghurt.
1 tablespoon of home made coleslaw with light mayo.
1 roast chicken leg piece.
2/3 slices of tomato.
(time taken to eat - 25minutes. feeling - full)
1 very small banana sliced with 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and a teaspoon of chopped pecans. Usually I eat this for breakfast but I was hungry after my late evening workout and this did the trick!
An open-face breakfast sandwich - 2 cooked egg whites, wilted spinach, 2 slices of deli turkey and a slice of low fat cheese on 1 slice homemade whole wheat bread. it was delish!
