Breakfast - Greek yogurt, blueberries, granola. Yummmmm. I had been avoiding granola for a while, and it wasn't good I love a little granola in my yogurt.

Low-fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup) and some Crystal Light (one of those little packets of the cherry pomegranate "immunity" flavor).

What do you have for breakfast? Is it something that is filling? Some protein, fiber..? Something that will help hold you over? Or maybe try adding a healthy snack in between meals? Low fat or fat free yogurt with fruit or air popped corn or veggies or nuts or some tuna and wheat crackers.

Oh wow, I wouldn't make it to lunch on that either!
Actually, I rarely make to lunch regardless what I have for breakfast, so I plan for at least some kind of snack, often somewhat substantial. Afternoons I'm OK without a snack.

How about premaking and packaging things the night before? So then it's just grab and go when it's time to head out for work.

Like a hard boiled egg and carrots ... which is what I just had. And some of each will be in my work lunch tomorrow.
