Breakfast - Greek yogurt, blueberries, granola. Yummmmm. I had been avoiding granola for a while, and it wasn't good ;) I love a little granola in my yogurt.

Low-fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup) and some Crystal Light (one of those little packets of the cherry pomegranate "immunity" flavor).

What do you have for breakfast? Is it something that is filling? Some protein, fiber..? Something that will help hold you over? Or maybe try adding a healthy snack in between meals? Low fat or fat free yogurt with fruit or air popped corn or veggies or nuts or some tuna and wheat crackers.

i usually have cereal (special K), I keep a box at work and some milk in the fridge but ran out and after i get to work i can't leave cause i work by myself. i usually wake up too late to make something in the morning cause i work so early. i just need to get my butt up and stop pushing snooze!

Oh wow, I wouldn't make it to lunch on that either!

Actually, I rarely make to lunch regardless what I have for breakfast, so I plan for at least some kind of snack, often somewhat substantial. Afternoons I'm OK without a snack.

How about premaking and packaging things the night before? So then it's just grab and go when it's time to head out for work.

1 wholewheat pita bread. stir fried mince lamb (no added oil). i love lamb mince meat!! hehehe oh and 1 bread (50:50: white/bread:) and abit of cheese. and some salad, and abit of low fat mayo.

oh dear ! the kitchen was not closed. i went downstairs to get a glass of water. and i was just going to taste what my mom had made. of mince lamb. and i ended up gobbling down quite a few mouthfuls with half a roti! lol

will have to do better tommorow!
