lunch : can tuna, 1 tbs lite mayo, 8 red fat wheat crackers, and 2 stalks celery
snack: medium apple
dinner; 2 pices broiled fish with lemon
2 c broccoli w/ff cheese sauce
crystal light lemonade!
tonight is the test..I'm way under for fat and cals for the day...lets see if i can hold off the late evening binge!!
