4oz baked boneless, skinless chicken cooked w/ 3 button mushrooms
1 cup green beans
1 cup water w/ 1tsp metamucil
1 biotin
1 fish oil capsule

i overate at yesterdays dinner!!

- 5 samosas, 1/2 roti (chapati) 1/2 naan. mince lamb curry. 1 tablespoon of mixed vegetables. 1 tablespoon of coleslaw.

dessert - 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with indian carrot pudding. 1 glass of fanta icy lemon.

hehe thanks!! today i'm determined not to overeat! i must STOP when i'm comfortably full. and will make sure i eat SLOWLY

New Goals
 
My new goals are no sugar in my tea or coffee, no adding extra salt & no more ice cream at night for a while, that's an extra 300 calories a day.

Breakfast

260 3 Organic eggs scambled cooking in a 1/2 tsbp of canola oil
30 2 Tbsp's of organic salsa
80 1 slice of Ezekiel bread (dry)
46 1 cup of Organic Watermelon
0 1 cup of tea
110 1 cup of Organic skim milk
0 8 ounces of water & loads of varies vitamins
Total calories
526
