30 2 Tbsp of Salsa
60 1 Nectarine
52 1 cup of tea with 1 Tbsp of sugar

Snack
60 1 Nectarine

Lunch
250 Homemade Stir-fry with chicken & colorful veggies
80 1 cup of skim milk
60 1 cup of Watermelon

Snack
60 1 Nectarine
200 1 ounce of Walnuts
80 1 cup of skim milk

Dinner
200 Homemade You On A Diet - Black Bean soup
80 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
100 Organic Courtons
20 1 cup of tea with splash of milk

Snack
60 1 Nectarine

Total calories
1752

80-120 ounces of water including green ice tea
Loads of varies vitamins

2 hours & 15 minutes of cardio

Me too! And its about the same here, which is actually comfortable. Its just really smokey and the Popsicles help ease my throat which gets really irritated during fire season.

I just saw the "You On A Diet" PBS special with Dr. Roizen and I am not suppose to have the BUTTER, I love my butter but it's bad for me everyday. :( Rats!

I eat butter everyday. A tbsp everyday. Sometimes more but always at least a tablespoon.

Dr. Roizen said it's bad fat because it's a saturated fat. Well I can switch thing ups..... I like olive oil I can put it on my bread....
