Protein drink
In a few I will be having 1/2 cup oats cooked with 1 cup water..I will be playing a game on PS2 so I may not be around to account for it right after I eat it. I figured best to get it out of the way now :D |

1 cup green beans 3 button mushrooms 1 cup water with 1tsp metamucil 1 biotin 1 fish oil capsule Before bed I will have my usual frozen ff yogurt |
Dreyer's Light Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream.....Had a cruddy day at school and it fits in my calories just fine.

Coffee

1 slice wheat bread
1/2 tbsp butter 3 cups coffee 1 cup water 1 fish oil capsule 1 one a day multi vitamin 1 biotin The above I shall be having soon..just woke a bit ago so I am working on it :| |
2 glasses of water so far for my daily count and cereal (blueberry whole wheat squares from Wegmans which are like... 100-120 calories per bowl? They're quite filling for just 1 cup!) for breakfast :)

I got a sample box of Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal pillows today and I just ate it dry, no milk.
The whole box is just 100 calories and 1.5 grams of fat :) |

I forgot to post this but at 6pm est I had 1.5 oz tuna, 10 ff crackers, 1 large celery stalk and 8 baby carrots, 1 biotin and 1 fish oil capsule
Now I am off to cook 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup water along with drinking 1 cup water with 1tsp metamucil |
