This morning at 0700 2 cups of coffee with splenda and 4 tablespoons of half and half. 0930 1 point bagel and 1 point cream cheese. between then and now sipping on a rasberry lime sparkle water drink. When I get back home (I'm at the library with my daughter, she's looking at books and facebook) I will have a salad with fat free balsamic vinagrette dressing, 3 oz of pork chop, and 2 servings of granola made in applesauce. My snacks for the day later will be 1 apple, 2 servings of grapes, maybe another 2 servings of granola. I'm off today from work (ER Nurse) so what ever my family is having (3-4 oz meat serving, salad, maybe green beans or asparagus) and finally ww 1 point chocolate fudgecicles to rid me off cravings in the late evening. I have to plan, otherwise I fall hard off the wagon. hugs to you

Tried a new tea, it's "green tea with pomegranate"... Bigelow brand. I didn't particularly like it unsweetened, but when I added some Splenda, it was good.

I'm about to eat my afternoon snack of applesauce (3/4 cup).

dinner:
1 date. 1 large glass of water.
1/4 cup of fruit salad.

5 onion pakore, 1/4 roti. salad. 1 serving spoon of brown lentil soup.

dessert -1 scoop of sweet carrot pudding (indian dessert -gajar ka halwa) with 1 scoop of cornish vanilla ice cream.

time taken to eat meal (s-l-o-w-l-y)- 40 minutes.
feeling after meal - comfortably full and satisfied.

Well... so I dont keep posting 500 messages tonight Im going to write down my list of whats in my food journal today.

Breakfast-
Cinnamon and Pecan Special k 3/4 cups and 1/2 cup of skim milk with it

Snacks-
special k bar
nectarine
2 icy pops


Lunch-
Spinanch salad with broc and carrots and 6tbs of FF italian
FF tuna with wheat crackers

Dinner-
1 perdue chicken breast
1 cup of BROWN rice

Dessert-
Strawberry Activa

Drinks-
WATER!!!!!!!!!

All together its 1167 calories!!!
