3 bottles of water. Rain makes me thirsty.

I may not be around on the net much longer tonight so I am gonna post the rest of my stuffs for tonight -

3 cups lettuce, 6 grape tomatoes, 2 tbsp fat free honey mustard dressing
4oz baked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup green beans
ff yogurt

Oh and in total 100oz water

20 baby carrots and one cup of my Mom's bow-tie tomato pasta salad. Crunchy and perfect, chewy and perfect.

Have fiber plus bar and Decaf Sugar Free Suisse Mocha with a little bit of whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles on top for fun.

Salad (loaded) and sweet potatoe - yum!

Just had a salad. With spinach not lettace. Fresh Broc. and carrots and 6 TBS of FAT FREE italian, 20 calories a TBS!!! I had a ALOT of salad All which was only 260 calories! :)

Im about to have Strawberry Activa for dessert, 70 calories!

If anyone is looking at the time to this post and are wondering why I eat so late. Im a night time dispatcher, one reason Ive gained so much weight, so my schedule i all messed up! :)

Sigh.

I wasn't gonna post about this here but I reckon not posting about doesn't make it not true so here goes :(

My boyfriend just had to go buy a Digiorno Rising Crust Four Cheese Pizza last night. He cooked it and ate some last night. It didn't bother me a bit but then this morning, right after I wake, I eat 2 slices...wtf? I hate myself sometimes :(

So anyway, there ya go. I had 2 slices pizza :(:(:(

As for me I had my requisite sip of water to take my pills now no food or drink for an hour.

Thank you. DH made me use it, he says the starting picture in the blue outfit isn't his wife anymore and my avatar is supposed to be something that represents me now. Of course the thing I can't get him to do is claim that in all of this he has lost 45lbs!!!He won't tell anyone so frustrating.
