my breakfast:

1 toast with magarine (made with olive oil spread) with some mince lamb.
1 cheese and cracker. and another slice of mild chedder cheese.
1 small bowl of fruit and fibre cereal with semi skimmed milk.
and water.

Went to subway got the Western Cheese Melt thing. Egg whites, Black Forest Ham, Pepper Jack Cheese, toasted and put green bell peppers and red onions on it. Served on the english muffin. It was really good. Had a diet coke because I can't have juice (too much sugar) and I can't drink tea, and their coffee not so good to me.

dinner:
3 dates , large glass of water.

appetizer - 2 small bowls of fruit salad.

main meal - chicken curry, with salad (romaine lettuce, red onion, red radish, cucumber, carrots, fresh mint, with some lemon).

a few kettle chips - black pepper flavour.

100ml of 7up (half a martini glass hehe)

and now going to have 2 kit kat fingers, i've been craving them for weeks!!

Breakfast I had Regular oatmeal w/ 2teaspoons of equal and 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries in it


Just had. 6 special k crackers and 90 calorie special k bar.

Water all day :)
