handful of kettle chips (black pepper flavour).

half a slice of bread (50:50) with 1/4 cup of brown lentil soup.

time taken to eat - 9 minutes.
feeling after snack/meal - satisfied :devil:

Chobani Honey Greek Yogurt (best one I've tried yet!), 4 celery stalks with Trader's Joe's salsa, and 5 vegetarian "meat balls". Yum, I love my 4 o'clock "mini meal". Keeps me from eating a too-large evening meal =).

For lunch drank 4 glasses of water and ate 1/2 cup brown rice, 3.5 oz plain grilled chicken, 1 cup sugar snap peas, and 1 cup of watermelon. mmmm

Now I am preparing my 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 5oz of tuna (in water of course) mixed and heated with 1/4 cup of part skim mozzarella.

Turkey Taco Salad- Leftover Ground Turkey Taco Meat, RF Shredded Cheese, Light Sour Cream and Salsa. Served over spinach. Baked Doritios, and sweet corn on the side.Bottle of Water.

I am trying to get away from drinking soda. I drink diet rite soda so it doesn't add anything, not even sodium. However I find myself drinking it more and more and frankly it costs a lot more than water. DH bought me some bottled water ( I refill them but the bottles help me remember to drink them) and now instead of grabbing a can of soda I can grab a bottle of water just as easily.

4 oz baked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 slice whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp country crock
1 cup green beans
