I've tried sprinkling Parmesean cheese over it but it doesn't stick because there is no fat on the popcorn....I just end up with plain popcorn and a little pile of cheese at the bottom!

Windchime...I just went on the KernelSeason's website posted by brandy922 and they have the sour cream and onion seasoning. :D

I buy the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning powder. It is 5 cals per serving, and I just love "ranch" popcorn :D (I get the big bottle of it at Sam's Club)

I can't do microwave popcorn as it could kill me haha. Seriously, I react to it, so when I do have popcorn I take kernels and put them in a paper bag, nuke it, which is fine as it doesn't have that crap the microwave brands have( i react to something in those brands).

Then I spray a little olive oil and a touch of salt, then you could do lemon pepper or onion powder, or nutritional yeast if you like a cheesy flavor. I like mine a bit plain, so I usually just do a bit of olive oil and sea salt.

Thanks for the tips :D

Great tips! I find that the 100 cal bags can be a bit bland. Definitely will try some of these suggestions!
