I'm just seeing this thread now. I ate one of those Chick Patties about 5 X a week for lunch the year I was losing. I LOVED them. First I started out eating them on a mini pita with lettuce and tomatoes and onions. Then I kinda gave up bread. I just ate them plain. I had it with a side of a large amount of steamed cauliflower. I've got very fond memories of those things. Definitely helped me to stay on plan - for a long time. I haven't eaten them in a while. I DO need to get them again. Thanks for the reminder.

I put mine on a home made sandwich roll, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, alfafa sprouts and a little stone ground mustard.

I like them, too. I usually eat them with mustard on the side. I also like boca's version and their spicy chick'n patty. The buffalo wings are good. So are the fake corn dogs. And I also like Boca's American flame grilled burger. I try to rotate them with low fat meats.
