    Delicious and nutritious and just a little over 400 calories total. I fix this in one variation or another at least 3-4 times a week. What is your favorite quick and healthy lunch? What is the calorie/nutrition count?

  • The crab-wrap sounds delicious! I have had turkey/avocado/hummus- one of my faves :-)
  • Interesting - I just made a homemade hummus today, and plan to pair it with turkey for sandwiches. Using hummus as a sandwich spread is a new idea for me! Yummy.
