I try to make my own soups, but there is one canned soup that I don't think I could come close to making it as good as this tastes:

Amy's Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque Soup - Light in Sodium

I LOVE it. I sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it and I'm in heaven. Sometimes I eat it with a grilled cheese sandwich! Comfort food at its best.

i've been using the packet that comes w/ the noodles for the broth mushroom flavored- but i think if you were worried about sodium you could put your favorite low sodium broth in there. i dress it up with a hit of sambal and soy sauce.

V8 makes a tomato soup (it's in a box, as opposed to can but same idea) I know it was tomato something but can't remember exactly what... looked good.
