Does anyone here (besides me) do the

e-mealz dinner planner??

I signed up; I used a referral and a code and coupon code and saved 20%; its fairly cheap enough; $5 a month..(less your code)

but anyway; you can pick from these plans:

Low Carb (Wal-Mart)
Low Fat (Wal-Mart) for 2
Low Carb (Any Store) (SAMPLE MENU LINK: http://www.e-mealz.com/samples/sampl...re-lowcarb.pdf )
Low Fat (Any Store) for 2
Low Fat (Wal-Mart)
Points System (Wal-Mart) for 2
Low Fat (Any Store) (SAMPLE MENU LINK: http://www.e-mealz.com/samples/sampl...ore-lowfat.pdf )
Low Fat (Wal-Mart) for 2

Points System (Any Store) for 2
Points System (Wal-Mart)
Low Fat (Publix)
Points System (Any Store) (SAMPLE MENU LINK: http://www.e-mealz.com/samples/sampl...ore-points.pdf )
Vegetarian (Wal-Mart)
Vegetarian (Any Store)
Kroger
Wal-Mart for 2
Publix Any Store for 2
Wal-Mart
Any Store
ALDI
Ralphs (CA)

I used the low Fat any store plan..anyway; we love the meals and we love the fact it gives us the meal list (menu) and then the shopping list..

we have very good dinners on it...before we did the Kroger plan and it really took advantage of the 10/10 sales etc..then we switched to any plan..and this time I re-upped and switched my plan to Low Fat any store..

anyway; I'm not a plan pusher..just honestly wondering if anyone does this here..I truly love it..it makes my OH MY GOSH lets go get a pizza thing go away..

Just a thought for others who have/had my same issue...

It is also great because I have my list and I didnt go off of my list which saved me buying junk..

anyway...if you all take a look would you let me know how the low fat plan fares???

TIA!

Sounds interesting.

Is it based on lots of prepared, processed and convenience foods? I say do whatever is working for you now, but I was wondering.

there is a lot of fruits/veggies..here is my shopping list for this wk:

there are some canned and frozen things in there...
not too many convenience things..it won't let me copy past hmm..

It sounds interesting, but I would want to know how many calories in each serving.

true..I'm still working on figuring that out..

I like the WW ones; the points are listed for you! but i'm not doign that one..

I think I'll email CS w/my acct and ask them about the calories if they are listed somewhere I'm not seeing..
