turkey burgers...?

Does anyone have a good turkey burger recipe? I want to make them sometime this weekend, but I don't really have a decent recipe.

Ground turkey. Form into a patty. Grill. :)

Seriously - ours are as simple as that. Sometimes I add worcestershire sauce, sometimes I baste 'em with barbecue sauce (not often because of the sugar). Sometimes, if the turkey is super lean, I'll mix in an egg just to hold everything together.

These spanakopita burgers are really good

http://www.recipezaar.com/139612 I used a fat free feta, but a low fat one would work fine too

Mine usually get crumbly unless I add a binding agent like an egg. I also like to add herbs, roasted red peppers and crumbled feta cheese.

These Greek-Flavored Turkey Burgers from Cooking Light are awesome.

I suggest adding about 1/4 cup of light ricotta to keep them extra moist.

Here is how I fix my ground chicken/turkey:

Garlic
onions
green peppers
mushrooms, need these for moisture
2 % cheese
Salt and Pepper
Sometimes minced bacon
Sometimes Montrel Chicken Seasoning or Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, but omit the salt
Sometimes salsa
I've even added some brown rice
Mix it all up and put in the frig or freezer for a little while, because kind of soft.
Pop it in the Rocket Grill 8 minutes or panni grill, don't know how long. Have it with lettuce, lite mayo, and dill pickles. Even my "I hate your food" grandson eats them. Don't overcook or they dry out.

I have been making quite a few of these lately.

1.5 lbs of turkey
1 red bell pepper
1 garlic clove
a little worcestershire sauce
a little oregano
a little sea salt

bam! awesome turkey burgers.
I like to bake some potatos and I cut into wedges with them.

I made turkey burgers last night which turned out FANTASTIC. I added finely chopped red onion, rosemary, ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Sometimes I'll do onion, rosemary, and worcestershire sauce. Sometimes I add oats or cracker crumbs and egg. It's pretty versatile, play around with it!
