I only do diet soda rarely, when I crave the fizz. I mainly drink water and when I have a diet soda I get very bloated from it. I'd rather have coffee or a wine spritzer!

I gave up diet soda about 5 months ago. It took about 6 weeks before I stopped lusting over it, but now I don't even want it. Now I drink water and allow myself one decaf iced tea each day.

I'm so used to water now that if I don't get enough, I feel it! No soda here, since I don't like it anyway.

Just like PhotoChick, I'm not on a diet either.. I TOO am eating for life. Diet pepsi is the love of my life and I drink one can every day just about. It helps with my sweet tooth a lot and I don't feel so guilty about it since it has 0 calories in it. I actually don't drink much with calories in it. Only 100% natural apple juice or orange juice or a can of enviga once a week or so. I'd rather be eating my calories then drinking them!
