He does make a point that I agree with. There are too many soy based additives in food. You could never eat tofu, natto, tempeh, soymilk etc. and still consume a lot of soy if you eat processed foods. So, in that way, yes we consume too much soy in the US.
Personally, I think plastics/industrial chemicals contribute more to infertility then soy. Of course, medical problems are almost never cause by one thing. There are usually many factors to consider that by themselves would be harmless, but when put together with other factors...
Anyway, I still don't think it's bad to eat tofu and other such products if you aren't eating a lot of processed foods.
