Default Taco Bell, exchange information

I'm following an exchange plan, and while restaurant changes often give nutritional information, sometimes it can be a challenge to guesstimate food exchanges. The Hillbillyhousewife website and other exchange plans give guidelines to help you estimate exchanges from the nutritional information, but today I found that taco bell provides exchange information.

I was actually quite impressed. Hubby loves fast food. I despise it, but consider Taco Bell the lesser of evils. We didn't feel like cooking last night, having just arrived from a day of traveling back from a two week vacation to see my family (I was so happy, I gained less than one pound, and maybe less than that as it seems to be a bit of water retention from the chinese food on our last restaurant meal on Monday).

I only ate half of my southwest border bowl last night, so I had the leftovers this morning and went to the taco bell site to guestimate my exchanges and found I didn't have to. I printed out the exchange list and will keep it in the car.

It would be so nice if all restaurants (not just taco bell and not just fast food), at least the chains, did this. The nutritional info is helpful, and at least more and more are doing that, but I would love to see the nutritional and exchange information listed right on menus.
