Default 3FC Starbucks people!

What drink do you get there that tastes good and is low in calories? Personally, I need some coffee to get going when i havent gotten enough sleep, and it's my one treat of the day. usually i get a macchiato with ice and skim milk. I'm wondering if there are healthier options, but without sugar free syrups, because i do not want to consumer splenda/aspartame/etc.

I usually just go for an iced skinny latte they're only about 80 calories and great for the hot weather.

Those new Vivanno drinks are pretty yummy. According to their website, the orange mango banana one is made from one whole banana, Naked juice, 2% milk, and ice. The chocolate one also has a whole banana in it, and I hear it's really yummy.

Supposedly, Starbucks is interested in exploring "healthier" options for their consumers. This drink (more of a smoothie, really) is a good move. It's filling, and it tastes really, really good!

I do Caribou but I think they are similiar. I always get the small skim milk latte, skim cuts alot of the calories, with a third of a packet of Sugar in the Raw.I estimated 130 calories in my head but now that I look at their site its more like 150 ... but at least most of that is coming from the milk, which is nutritious so I don't feel too bad about it It's not like getting calories from a coke or sweetened tea or something.

I get a tall iced coffee with some sugar-free sweetener (they have vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and something else). It's just 60 calories.

If you want it without the sweetner, though, it's only like 4 calories.

I haven't tried the iced skinny latte, but I probably will soon.

The sugar free syrups are 0 calories and do not effect the calorie count of the coffee.

I usually have an americano (hot or cold) with sugar free syrup - 15 calories for a grande.

I also love sugar free vanilla or carmel americano non-fat mistos - kinda like a latte but uses less milk - 70 calories for a grande!

Also love Grande Caramel Light Frappuccino - 160 calories! And the Mocha Light is 140 for a grande.

I just drink the lattes with skim milk. I don't do syrups (fake or otherwise).
I will drizzle a bit of honey on top of the foam if I want a treat, and just a sprinkle of nutmeg. I drink lattes for the espresso flavor, not the other flavor stuff.
