Default What's the best way to fix Pollack?

I picked up some Pollack from the seafood dept. the other day. I love fish and buy it often, but I've never purchased Pollack before (I don't believe this to be Alaskan Pollack, I think it's just 'regular'?) and I'm not sure how to fix it, since I've heard rumors that Pollack is a little stronger in flavor than most fish and is better breaded and fried.

Do any of you eat and enjoy Pollack? And how do you normally fix it?

Thanks

Edit: I may have spelled that wrong, I've seen it also spelled Pollock.
