Right, which is why I don't worry about it. Would you dip a peanut into waxy saturated fat before popping it in your mouth? I sure as heck wouldn't.
I'm somewhat of a calorie snob and watch them carefully, but when it comes to loading my arteries with unhealthy fats, I'll deal with the extra cals to avoid doing that.
