Quick and yummy lunch
 

I made the most yummy lunch today in just a couple of minutes this morning. I had some spaghetti squash left over from earlier in the week. I mixed it with 1/2 cup of low fat ricotta cheese, some garlic powder, salt and pepper and just took it work. I was just hoping it would turn out decent, but instead it turned out so wonderful and creamy...just like an alfredo! Really yummy and satisfying. I had that with my yogurt and was good to go. Just thought I would share =)
