After reading this thread the other day I ran out for this 'gold' and found only Progresso brand of Panko, bought it just to try... OMG... i made oven baked chix tenders for Caesar salad. I made a mix of egg, dijon mustard and parm cheese, dusted chix in flour, dredge in egg mix, then into that PANKO... covered both sides.. baked for 10 and turned for another 10 (tenders).. added chix to salad ...~heaven~
