I don't really care for baking. Measuring ingredients and all drives me a bit crazy. Anyway, I had heard about vitamuffins but they were expensive and not vegan so...

They sell the mixes for their muffins and brownies (muffin mixes are vegan).

Instead of eggs, I added 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree. Soo good.

Right now, they have a new one (golden corn) which looks pretty nice. don't know if it'll stay around or not, but i'm thinking to try it.
