Nuovo Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi
 

I picked these up at Whole Foods the other day and they are wonderful. They come in one of those refrigerated fresh pasta packages, which contains two servings. One serving is only 120 calories. They contain molasses and honey, but they don't really taste sweet to me so they must be in fairly small amounts. I added just a touch of olive oil and some garlic the other night and that was great. I had them again tonight and this time used a red sauce and that was great too.

I am not sure if they are local only though, because the company is in CT.
