Carb A Whey ice cream
 

Is anyone else addicted to this stuff? I find myself at a frozen yogurt shop at least once a week to have one of these things. If you don't know what these are, they're a really low calorie soft serve that is mostly protein. Most of them are around 10 calories per ounce and it comes in a whole slew of flavors. I love all the chocolate ones. It's not like pinkberry yogur:)t at all. The bad thing about it is it's a little bit pricey considering I could get a half gallon of premium ice cream for the price of one large cup.... But at least my hips thank me!:yes:
