How big is each piece?

I'd say 30 min is a good guess, but that depends on the thickness of the chicken, oven temp, etc.

I usually use the "poke" method. After about 20 min, I'd check the chicken breast by poking it. If it is firm and doesn't give, its done. To double check, you can cut into a piece and make sure it is solid and opaque inside.
