That looks so good! Makes me want to use mine today. I have a small George Foreman Grill and a Foreman fusion grill. They don't make it anymore but it's round and large like a wok with a well in the center for water and seasonings and a clear glass lid. I can put meat, veggies and all on at the same time for a great meal. I bought it at a garage sale for $5.

Thank you, I'm gonna look into that one

I have the smaller one and I use it all the time for fish and chicken breasts, but I'd love to be able to fit all of those veggies onto one at the same time and mine is too small for that.

Thank you SO much for this post, especially the great pictures! I'd always vaguely yearned for a Foreman grill, but for some reason I thought that they were much smaller and very expensive. And, inexplicably, I never realized that they could be used to grill vegetables.

So, only a few hours after your post, I went off to Target, and I'm now also a new happy and excited Foreman grill owner! (I got one about the same size as yours, but without the extra griddle/waffle iron parts.) I live in an apartment, without any outdoor space, so I've been wistfully passing on ideas for grilling to my sister and my Mom - chicken lime burgers from Trader Joe's, the fact that you can grill fennel. Now I'm going to try those, plus cauliflower, and zucchini, and all of the vegetables shown in your pictures.... yay!

I have a small one that my mom bought at a garage sale and gave to me. I love it! It's perfect for me, because I live alone.

Thanks for posting the awesome pictures. I'd love to see some pics of the shrimp meal, too!

I love grilling vegetables on mine! Okra (whole) shaken in a bag with garlic salt, pepper, and a tsp. of olive oil is soooo good; my husband eats them like popcorn.

Yellow squash is another favorite, just sliced lengthwise and drizzled with olive oil- it is something I'd eat even if I weren't dieting.

I have mostly used mine for salmon fillets (with whole pieces of cilantro laid on top, then a lime squeezed over it- wow it's good!) and veggies; I'd love to have some new ideas. The shrimp sounds really good, and I love mushrooms, but never thought to grill them. Those big portabellas would probably be really good on there.

I love my Foreman Grill too. Each year we say we're going to get a "regular" gas grill but we start using our Foreman Grill so much that we drop that idea every summer. What's really awesome is getting to use it year round.

I made waffles for my daughter last night (blueberry) she LOVED them, said they were just like restaurant waffles

I didn't get a chance to make shrimp tonight, made liver for hubby (yuck) and I had a lean cuisine... tomorrow I will try again for the shrimp.

Damnnnn, that looks delicious. I need to get me a George Foreman grill. I see them advertised on TV every now and then; maybe I should give in to my impulses.

Go for it Shane, everything tastes delicious and cooks SO quickly!

Last night I made zucchini, sliced it, put it on the grill, closed it up and 2 minutes later it was perfect.
