ebook - easy does it?

I hope everyone is having a good week.
I stumbled on this E-diet book yesterday and figured I'll ask if anyone here knows anything about it before I go spending $15 on yet another diet book.;)

Easy Does It
The author claims the book has recipes/techniques for making your own frozen food meals that are tastier, cheaper and have more nutritional value than Lean Cuisine, Healthy foods, etc. Sounds like this can be made in to a poor mans version of the prepackaged meals diet, except that you make the frozen meals your self.

Has anyone bought this book? What did you think?
I would appreciate any feedback.

Hi :) I've moved your post to the food forum since the ebook looks like a recipe collection, and not a diet book. I've also taken out the link because our rules prohibit linking to ebooks. This one doesn't look like a scam, but we've never heard of it and don't think anyone here has tried it.

I'm pretty sure someone has just published a book offering the same sort of things - home made diet meals, but can't recall the name of it at the moment.
