I saw this little recipe while I was clipping coupons. All you do is dip skinless, boneless chicken in a egg mixture then shake it in a bag of crushed French Fried Onions, kinda like shake and bake I guess. I tried it today and it was good! I also tried Cool Whip Free frozen. I remember reading someone's comments about eating it in place of ice cream. Taste just like vanilla ice cream to me. And only about 60 cals per 1/2 cup. Regular vanilla ice cream is like 120+ per 1/2 cup. Just wanted to share.
