Yummy Stuff Chicas!
 

Well these are new to me, but oh soooo yummy and easy for people on the go like me!


1 w.w. 8in faijita torilla
grilled chicken strips ( like tyson, remember portion size of course)
bell pepper
avocado
cumin


Assemble and sprinkle the cumin! Sounds boring huh? thats what I thought.. its really really awesome

Pinapple Parfait

1 8oz can of pinapple chunks ( in own juice)
1 6oz low fat vanilla Yogurt ( im a fan of the Yoplait custard like yogurt)
1/4c walnuts

Mix and Voila! Delicious!
