That sounds wonderful. That will be my friday breakfast. I'm going to put it in my fitday right now.
Thanks Glory. I learn something here everyday.

I am so excited to see new ideas. I especially love the idea of the tortilla and peanut butter. I can't wait to try it.
Thanks!

Because I'm always running late in the morning and I do one packet of the Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Control. It is lower in sugar and higher in protein than the normal instant oatmeal. To that I add a scoop of protein powder, a drizzile of 1% milk, and stir in dates or cranberries. Someone above mentioned eating lunch type foods for breakfast. I used to live in the Netherlands, and there (as well as many other places) a typical breakfast consisted of bread, cheese, cold cuts, bread spreads, etc. Basically a build your own sandwich kind of thing. Some mornings I can't even think about eating something sweet, so I go for that and the combination of carbs and protein keeps me full for a pretty long while.

Hah, I'm Dutch. We do eat bread for breakfast and lunch and sometimes even dinner, most people eat it with cheese, peanutbutter, sprinkles...all kinds of things. I like scrambled egg in the morning but not the healthiest choice so a boiled egg and 2 slices of toast with a cup of tea is good enough for me.
