Suzanne, I'm pretty sure I'm with you, I don't think I like cooked cauli, raw in dip is okay...but the others are making it sound so good!!!! I'm confused! My DH will eat just about anything though, so it's worth a try. I'll report back after I tryyyyy it. Yes, Robin talked me into it, she's ALWAYS telling us she attributes most of her success to cauliflower!! OMG....Thanks for all the recipes too.

You've all talked me into trying it too! Thankfully my husband will try most anything so I'm going to see how it goes. And he is always looking for food that he can eat a lot of without a lot of calories. I'm skeptical, but excited!

Me too!!! I bought 3 of them. They were mucho, mucho expensive. The most I've paid all season - $2.99 each. But that's okay, I'm worth it!!!
