Substitute for matzo flour
Can someone tell me if there is a substitute for matzo flour?

I might be able to help if I knew what you were making. Matzo flour works for the most part just like flour so if it's for thickening, then any thickening agent (flour, cornstarch etc.) should work. If it's for baking then you would have to be more exact with the quantities so if you want to let us know what you're making, maybe we can help.

If you have matzo in the house, you can just put it in a food processor and grind it fine. That is matzo flour.
