Im new here, and Ive finally decided to lose weight. My docotor actually gave me a number to a nutrionist who gave me a personalized meal plan, and there are acouple of items I'm not to fond of.
Cottage Cheese.
Beets.
Grapefruit.
Canteloupe. (Im allergic to canteloupe, anyway.)
I didn't even think to look for those anyway, I was more excitied I got a new meal plan. haha.
