mozzerella cheese??

does anyone have any recipie ideas for somthing to do with mozzerella cheese that is cold and can be quickly prepared before work for on my dinner break, i recently had it in a toastie with tomato but was wondering what other things you could do with it.
also is mozzerella cheese good for you or is there any better cheeses out there??
