Thanks for the link Casperjeff, that was an interesting set of photos. Worth pointing out is the comment at the bottom of the page "This article deals with calories only. Don't forget that there are other considerations when choosing which foods to eat, such as nutritive value and diversity of your food choices."

They missed this one...
8 slices (I think one of the small packages) of the 98% Fat Free Oscar Meyer....25 calories per slice...200 calories. YUM!!!

I like that fat-free bologna. What a great find that was. Because every now and then I crave a bologna sandwich, but stopped eating the regular kind for obvious reasons.
